Hi! I’m Diana, the front desk receptionist as well as the administrative CA (Chiropractic Assistant). My responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments and typing narrative reports to attorneys. It’s been nearly seven years since my initial interview and I can honestly say I love coming to work each day!
I’ve always loved working in the health field. I particularly enjoy working in a natural, hands-on profession where the emphasis is on finding the cause of the problem rather than covering the symptoms with pain medication. I also enjoy interacting with people, and I love the caring, family atmosphere of our center.
Each day, I’m excited by the positive feedback from our patients on how well they feel now compared to when they first came in and how the doctor has “miracle hands”. I know this to be true from my own personal treatment but also from the many friends and family members I’ve referred here in the past!
I think our patients are amazing. They do everything from compete in the roller derby to design department store floor plans. We have moms, triathletes, grandparents, babies, telephone operators, horse trainers, scientists, hockey coaches, teachers, policemen, musicians…you name it! I really feel like I get to be a better person because I help so many interesting people!
Meet Ann Murray of Murray Muscular Therapy Associates
I graduated from The Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge in 2002.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I had graduated from Framingham State College in 1983 with a BS in biology and spent the next 15 years working as a medical technologist in area hospitals. It was during that time that I suffered an injury to my neck and was referred for massage therapy and also to Dr. Archambault for chiropractic care. It literally changed my life! Never an advocate of symptom-masking medication, I loved the idea of achieving wellness through hands on therapy. Within a few weeks I was well again.
Shortly thereafter, I decided to pursue a career in the field of massage therapy. I have practiced in my home town of Arlington for 9 years and I love it!
As a massage therapist, I am fully aware of the importance of the natural healing that takes place during chiropractic care and massage therapy. Three years ago, I was pleased to be able to move my practice to the Archambault Chiropractic and Wellness Center. This has afforded me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge of neuromuscular conditions and their treatment. Further, what excites me most about working in this office is the collaboration between Dr. Archambault and myself, which results in superior care for his patients and my clients.
I feel fortunate to be a part of such a caring health care facility – I love it here and so will you!
If you would like to schedule an appointment with Ann, you may call her at 617-653-8064, or email her : email@example.com. To learn more about Murray Muscular Therapy Associates please visit www.murraymusculartherapy.com.
Meet Meghan McDowell
Hello, my name is Meghan and I work in both administrative and clinical capacities here at Dr. Archambault’s office. I first worked with Dr. Archambault and his staff from 2006-2009 as a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant. In that role, I enjoyed getting to know our loyal patient base, as well as meeting all of the new faces as patients joined the practice, while assisting Dr. A with various therapies including EMS, ultrasound, and massage.
In 2010 I received an offer from a larger practice and decided to explore a different, more traditional medical environment. I worked for several different practices over the course of the next 9 years, including Boston Sports and Shoulder Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. After working for larger organizations, I realized I prefer working in a more personal environment, where I know every patient, and every patient knows me.
I returned to Dr. Archambault’s office in April 2017 to resume the role of Clinical Chiropractic Assistant as well as taking on the role of Administrative Chiropractic Assistant, bringing with me over 12 years of direct, support, and administrative medical experience. Upon my return, I fully recognized the many benefits of chiropractic care. It was motivating and inspiring to work in an environment where patients could find relief from pain and improved quality of life without the need for medication or surgery.
I believe in providing quality, compassionate care and feel that this is essential to creating a successful practice. I truly enjoy meeting people from all different walks of life, and my favorite part of this job is getting to work closely with patients as I watch them begin their journey to better health.
I currently hold a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and have certificates in Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology.
Dr. Archambault has addressed my neck and shoulder pain collaboratively, treating me respectfully as a partner in my own care. Not only is he a great clinician, but he is also a great teacher. You always understand WHY he is doing what he does and WHAT the total plan is. He has a holistic approach and loves being asked questions. His office is a welcoming place, and I look forward to seeing his warm and helpful staff.
